PURPOSE: To provide a clip capable of positively fitting a fitted object to a fitting object and positively detachable from the fitting object together with the fitted object. CONSTITUTION: This clip A made of plastic is provided in a locked state to the fitted object B by receiving a fitting part 40 of the fitted object B between lock-holding piece parts 20 and locking the locking parts 22 of the lock-holding piece parts 20 to a hole inner surface 43a of a locking hole 43 of the fitting part 40, and the clip A is insert-fitted into a fitting hole 51 so as to engage a collar part 40 with one face of a peripheral part of the fitting hole 51 of the fitting object C and to engage engaging parts 13 with the other side. The lock-holding piece parts 20 are provided to extend from the end side 11a of a leg piece 11 toward the tip side 10a, and the locking parts 22 of the lock- holding piece parts 20 are lockable to the hole inner surface 43a of the locking hole 48 at a point closer to the end side 11a of the leg piece part 11 than to the engaging part 13.
