PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the protection of a printed output from a printer without preliminarily operating user registration in a printer. SOLUTION: When a user transmits an electronic mail 100 including print data from portable terminal 20 to a printer system 10, the printer system 10 converts the print data included in the electronic mail 100 into PDL data, and preserves the PDL data, and generates a web page which is made uniquely correspond to the PDL data. Then, an electronic mail 110 indicating the address of the web page is returned to the transmitting and of the electronic mail 100. The user performs access to the web page by using the address indicated by the electronic mail 110, and instructs the output of print data. In detecting the access to the web page, the printer system 10 processes the corresponding PDL data, and print-outputs it.
