PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reflecting program material environment capable of surely preventing passing of program materials and giving a warning when possibility of the passing of the materials is generated. SOLUTION: The method is characterized by generating unreflected management information to indicate that a group P3 of opened programs as a group P2 of corrected programs after opening of the group P2 of corrected programs on a network 2 from program developing environment 1 is not yet reflected on a program use terminal 31 in plural kinds of program use environment 3 after the group P2 of corrected program is opened and judging presence/ absence of reflection of the group P3 of opened programs on the program use terminal 31 by referring to the unreflected management information.
