PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce defect in electrical characteristic caused by the conventional technique in the process of making antenna shared devices without changing the precision of the process of making an SAW filter. SOLUTION: It is characterized that the electrode digit width ratio W/(W+S) is in a range of >=0.7 where the width of electrode digit 14 composing an interdigital electrode is W and the spacing between the digits is S in the surface acoustic wave filer 7 and 11 used in surface acoustic wave antenna shared device 1.
