PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of smoothly and uniquely moving a moving body in relation with a player's instruction. SOLUTION: Plural frames of picture data picked up by an image pickup means 232 for picking up a player's image are successively stored in a storage means and the picture data stored in the storage device are successively displayed on a display screen 216. The picture data displayed at present are compared with picture data displayed in the past to obtain a difference between both the data. The action of moving bodies 302, 304 displayed on the screen 216 is determined on the basis of the difference.
