PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a generation and a growth of dark spot caused by the insulation membrane that is consisted of resin in an element in the electric field luminescent element which has an organic EL layer. SOLUTION: An anode electrode 2 is installed on an upper surface of transparent substrate 1 in flat. An insulation membrane 3 is installed on an upper surface of edge part of the anode electrode 2 and on an upper surface of a transparent substrate 1 in the surroundings, and an organic EL layer 4 and a cathode electrode 5 is installed on its upper surface. The insulation membrane 3 is a matter to prevent a short circuit between an edge part of the anode electrode 2 and the cathode electrode 5 corresponding to this. Then, if the insulation membrane 3 is formed by a negative type resist, the generation and growth of dark spot can be suppressed compared with the case of forming by a positive type resist. |
