PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell having good photoelectric conversion efficiency at low cost. SOLUTION: A polymeric fluorescent substance, which is produced by synthesizing a polymer matrix in coexistence of at least rare earth metal and rare earth metal complex containing an organic ligand and by uniformly diffusing the rare earth metal complex at a molecular level to compound the rare earth metal complex with the polymer matrix, is arranged on a light receiving surface. |
