<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process monitoring device recording the comment describing the aim of change and the like together with the change completion date and the like as a log data, when the data of parameters regarding process control are changed. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a changing object selection means selecting the parameters of the object changing data, a data change means changing data of the selected parameters by the changing object selecting means, a comment input means inputting necessary comments when data of parameter are changed, and a log information storage means storing the changed data, inputted comments and time data of completion time as the log data.</p> |
