SOLUTION: This system consists of a step in which data showing a business plan which is for each entity business unit and divided into each comparable item among respective business units are presented, a step in which data showing business results which are of the business units performed on the basis of the proposed business plan data and are divided into each comparable item among the respective business units are presented, a step in which the business results data are compared and a comparison relation is set in each entity business unit in a prescribed range or an optional range, and a step in which the business results data among the respective business units being comparison objects on the basis of the comparison relation are subjected to an analysis related to an item and the comparison result data are feedbacked to the respective business units.</p> |
