<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SOHO server which is suitable for a relatively small- scale network decentralized at a remote place and to provide a SOHO system which is suitable for the construction of a business model for information network service. SOLUTION: A SOHO information board 4 connected to a SOHO server 1 connects the in-area network of at least one of a security monitoring control system (5), a facility monitoring control system (6), and multimedia systems (7, 8, 9); and a gateway function makes it possible to provide service from the SOHO server 1 and enables monitoring control from the SOHO server 1.
