PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure improved safety to each fin end with simple structure without requiring labor for machining while efficiently cooling a semiconductor element using a radiation member with a fin. SOLUTION: In the cooling structure of a control unit for vehicles such as a power distributor, a semiconductor element is accommodated in a case 34 made of resin. A cooling member 56 that is connected to the semiconductor element so that heat can be transferred is provided on the outer surface of the case 34, and a plurality of fins 56f are formed on a surface where the cooling member is exposed to the outside of the case. Further, ribs 34f are formed similarly on the outer surface of the case, and the ribs cover the end of the fin at a position being connected to the end of each fin 56f.
