PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which is simple in mounting of a display module, small in the number of parts, and exhibits strength to impact, and a information terminal apparatus. SOLUTION: A front cover 6 is provided with a projecting part 11 which projects toward a back cover 5. A liquid crystal module 4 is provided with a hole part 12 to which the projecting part 11 is to be inserted and is provided with a hook part 13 which is deformed toward the back cover 5 side by insertion of the projecting part 12 while the projecting part 11 inserted into the hole part 12 is held thrust. The back cover 5 is provided with a recessed part 14 detained with the hook 13 deformed by the insertion of the projecting part 11. When the projecting part 11 is inserted into the hole part 12 by bringing the front cover 6 closer to the back cover 5 so as to be superposed thereon, the liquid crystal module 4 is fixed to the back cover 5 as the hook part 13 is detained to the recessed part 14. The front cover 6 is fixed to the liquid crystal module 4 as the projecting part 11 is held between the hook part 13 and a chassis 8.
