PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for attaining a housing construction trust contract between a housing planner terminal and a housing dealer terminal only on a communication network by using a housing center via the communication network. SOLUTION: A housing center is connected in a communication enable way to a housing planner terminal and a housing dealer terminal via a communication network and has a design drawing production means and a construction trust contract processing means. The design drawing production means produces a design drawing file by making the housing planner terminal perform designing, and the construction trust contact processing means attains a construction trust contract by transmitting and receiving a construction trust contract file to which the design drawing file is added as contract clauses between both housing planner and dealer terminals. |
