PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the providing level of individual information to be provided by permitting a user to limit an opposite party to which the user provides one's own individual information. SOLUTION: A commercial transaction system is provided with an individual information setting step, an individual information request receiving step, a providing level deciding step, an individual information providing step, an information receiving step and a presenting step. Then the individual information providing permission range of the user is set in the individual information providing step, an individual information request from an EC site is received in the individual information request receiving step, it is judged whether the individual information request is comprised within the individual information providing permission range or not in the providing level deciding step, individual information is provided within the individual information providing range in accordance with the individual information request within the individual information providing permission range in the individual information providing step, an advertisement from the EC site is received in the information receiving step and the advertisement is presented to the user in the presenting step. |
