MANAGED ACCOUNT SYSTEM COPING WITH ISO9000 SERIES FOR LINKING DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT OF ISO9000 AND REMARKS ITEMS OF JOURNAL VOUCHER ND DISPLAYING THE SAME ON COMPUTER CALENDAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a total system for TQM(Total Quality Management) for preserving and managing the document of ISO9000, managing te costs thereof at the same time and performing the analysis of business resources and job management as well. SOLUTION: The system for performing TQM at which the standard of ISO9000 series aims originally is realized by providing a method for rationalizing electronic accounting by which the remarks times of a journal voucher are prepared on the request conditions of ISO9000, the document management of ISO9000 is performed by the remarks items while using a calendar function, and with the remarks items as indexes, the costs of expenses based on a zero- basis budget including the utilization of accounting on a cash basis (direct/ indirect cash flow) are recorded and managed by means of paperless network accounting while using the remarks items and the calendar function.
