SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING VALUE-ADDED OF POWER GENERATION BY RENEWABLE ENERGY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for properly evaluating value-added related to the environment of power generation by renewable energy. SOLUTION: From an undertaker of the power generation by renewable energy, the right (value-added) of contribution to the environment by means of that business is purchased. That right is sold to a power consumer having a will of contribution to the environment. When selling/buying this right, selling/ buying is performed with a certificate for quantifying and proving a power generation quantity or degree of contribution to the environment. The certificate is registered while utilizing an electronic system for preventing a forgery. Thus, the power consumer having a will of contribution to the environment is satisfied by visibly contributing to the environment and concerning the undertaker of the power generation by renewable energy, value-added related to the environment of the power generation by renewable energy is properly evaluated.
