PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for acquiring personal information from a visitor of an attraction facilities and working selling or service providing to that visitor. SOLUTION: Facilities guide 1, which is acquired at the entrance of attraction facilities 30 by the visitor thereof, is composed of a main body 2 of guide and a visitor card 3 separable therefrom and respectively mechanically readable visitor identification codes 11 and 12 are added. The main body 2 of guide has a personal information entry field 18 of the visitor and a questionnaire entry field 19 and guide information 13 of the relevant facilities is printed. The visitor gets a count by making a card reader 31 read the visitor card 3 at each spot of the facilities, the personal information and questionnaire answers are collected from the visitor at the exit of the facilities and this visitor is registered as a member is relation to the visitor identification codes. The registered member can receive special information or can order sale or service providing through a communication network 50.
