<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for a user not to keep watching a monitor screen of the onboard navigation device long time. SOLUTION: An microcomputer 2 measures the time when a driver is watching the monitor screen 16 continuously. When the duration time becomes over 2 seconds, it gives the driver an alarm to be careful by the display of a monitor 16 and a loudspeaker 17. If the driver still keeps watching the display, the screen is shut off.</p> |
