PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify works in creation of an input picture as a user interface and to secure stable quality. SOLUTION: In this input device with a graphical user interface and to accept a user's operation to the input picture displayed on a display device as input, a web browser 24 and an object handler to control objects for input are provided, the input picture is constituted by combining an image displayed on the display device by the web browser 24 and an object window 34 displayed on the display device by the object handler, the object handler executes a processing according to the operation to the object window 34 by the user and instructs the web browser 24 to execute a processing according to the processing according to the operation to the object window 34 by linking them.
