PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently transmit microwave. SOLUTION: A beam control means 5 calculates phase values set to the individual digital phase-shifter 2 according to the beam direction of each elemental antenna 1, and the set-value correction means 6 corrects phase value, using the phase value to be set to other individual digital phase-shifter 2 in such a way that it is caused to change at regular intervals.
