PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial dielectric filter producable by a simplified arrangement work on assembling parts, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This coaxial type dielectric filter comprises a cut-off waveguide 1, two coaxial dielectric resonators 21, 22 which are arranged spacing in the cut-off waveguide substantially coaxially, an input side antenna of which tip end is inserted to an inner conductor layer of an input side coaxial dielectric resonator, and an output side antenna of which tip end is inserted to an inner conductor layer of an output side coaxial dielectric resonator. The input side and output side antenna comprise No.1 antenna 321, 421 and No.2 antenna 322, 422 which are connected via conductive cylinder members 32, 42. Both No.2 antenna and the coaxial dielectric resonator are fixed and unified before they are built in the cut-off waveguide 1 in such a state that a coupling amount (1/Qex) between No.2 antenna and the coaxial dielectric resonator is adjusted beforehand to satisfy a prescribed coupling condition.
