PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure for a transmission line which is to be able to prevent deterioration of characteristics in the connecting part, and solve problems such as lowering of reliability of the bonding portion by change of circumstances and changes of connecting characteristics, and further repeat the on- and off states between transmission lines, as well as to provide a high-frequency module with the connecting structure and a communication device using the module. SOLUTION: Electrodes 2a, 2b with slot patterns 3a, 3b and resonator patterns 4a, 4b on the dielectric substrates 1a, 1b are formed. The resonators in the resonator patterns 4a, 4b are arranged at the end of the dielectric substrate and of the transmission line and the slot lines are connected by electromagnetic coupling.
