PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel cover which enhances the electromagnetic wave suppression performance of a panel cover covering a panel arranged with a connector and suppressing noise electromagnetic wave radiated through the panel in a housing containing an electronic apparatus, especially the body of a personal computer or a server. SOLUTION: Coating layers (2, 3) of a conductive material are provided on the surface and rear of an electromagnetic wave absorbing sheet (1) produced by dispersing powder of a soft magnetic metal into a matrix of rubber or plastic and molding into a sheet and then an opening (4) for connector is punched to obtain a panel cover for suppressing electromagnetic wave. Means for ensuring conduction is provided between the coating layers of conductive material on the surface and rear and means for conducting them to a chassis having the ground potential of the housing or in the housing is provided. A flexible board is advantageously utilized for providing the coating layers of conductive material.
