PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate and convenient means to secure evidence at a time when an accident happens and prevent a woman from speaking with her family by portable phone when they pass through a dangerous area at night. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a detection device, a portable detection communication device connected with a wireless communication device and a confirmation device. When a man carries the portable detection communication device with him, any information around him that the detection device gets is transmitted to the confirmation device through the radio communication device, monitored and/or recorded and saved.
