PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can prevent invasion of a noise from the outside of the device and emission of noise to the outside of the device, and which can suppress temperature rise of the inside of the device by discharging radiation heat of the inside of the device. SOLUTION: The display device 11 is provided with a light source, a display part which forms an optical image out of luminous fluxes emitted from the light source corresponding to image information, a control substrate for driving- controlling the light source and the display part and a cover case 60 composed of a rear case 62 covering the light source side or a control substrate side. Since the rear case 62 is formed of a transparent conductive member, invasion of the noise from the outside and emission of the noise to the outside are prevented. Further, since the radiation heat from the inside of the device is discharged from positions corresponding to heat generation parts of the rear case, heat discharge to the outside of the device can be efficiently executed and thereby, temperature rise of the inside of the device can be suppressed.
