PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact data carrier having capacitors on the antenna coil formation surface of an insulation substrate. SOLUTION: A non-contact data carrier 120 is provided with an insulation substrate 29, an antenna coil 25 consisting of a circulating line pattern 26 formed on a surface 29A of the insulation substrate 29, capacitors 24, 27 constituted by forming counter electrodes on the inner peripheral side of the antenna coil 25 of the surface 29A of the insulation substrate 29 and having the counter electrodes connected with the innermost line pattern 26I of the antenna coil 25 and members 28 connected with both sides of the antenna coil 25. The counter electrodes of the capacitors 24, 27 are provided with comb-like conductor patterns 24A, 24B, 27A, 27B arranged to intrude each other at a non-contact state. |
