PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reuse of a transport stream. SOLUTION: A TMCC decoding part 7 prepares basic TMCC information for specifying the arrangement of each transport stream in a frame, by reading transmission multiple configuration control information obtained, in such a manner that a Reed-Solomon decoding part 6 corrects errors and extracting information included in the transmission multiple configuration control information. A basic TMCC information inserting part 8 inserts the basic TMCC information, by replacing a Reed-Solomon parity included in each frame composed of digital signals obtained, in such a manner that the part 6 corrects errors with the basic TMCC information. A TS separating part 9 separates the transport stream from the digital signal, into which the basic TMCC information is inserted by the part 8 and outputs the transport stream. |
