PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for deciding contract contents for allowing the manager and property provider of a business to make a contract for sharing returns or risks. SOLUTION: The manager of a business divides a period to execute a business according to a gain scale through the business, and calculates the quantity of equipment necessary for the business in each period. The terminal equipment of the manager transmits information related with the quantity of the necessary equipment in each period through an Internet to the terminal equipment of a vender. The bender calculates the estimated price of the equipment or the returns of the vender based on the information in each period, and the terminal equipment of the vender transmits information related with the estimation to the terminal equipment of the manager. When the manager approves the estimated sum or the like, the manager makes a contract based on the contents. Also, when the manger does not approve the estimated sum or the like, the manager transmits information related with the desired price of the equipment or the returns of the manager in each period to the vender. Afterwards, the transmission and reception of the information is repeated until conditions desired by both the manager and the vender are obtained. |
