PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it unnecessary to write the ROM data of all sorts of FPGAs in a flash memory again even when a writing error is generated in any one of the ROM data of plural sorts of FPGAs. SOLUTION: Configuration data on FPGAs of plural sorts are divided for every sort and the CRC operation of ROM data is carried out for every sort. Even when a fault is generated during the writing of data in the flash memory, the sort generating the fault is specified and only the ROM data of the sort generating the fault are written in the flash memory. |
