PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system which prevent a card from being wrongfully used by a third person by identifying a user at the time when the user uses the card. SOLUTION: When the card user who will use the card in a member shop is identified as a card owner himself or herself, a center of a card company receives a card number read by a member shop terminal and retrieves the telephone number of a mobile communication terminal of the user, which is previously registered in a database of the center, in accordance with the card number and transmits this telephone number to the mobile communication terminal of the card user, and when permission of the use of the card inputted from the mobile radio terminal of the user, it is judged that the user has been identified, and the use of the card is permitted. |
