PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the period disabled in the utilization of an electronic certificate occurs in the conventional method for invalidating and issuing the electronic certificate by a change in a described item on the electronic certificate. SOLUTION: When the invalidation of the electronic certificate is requested, invalidating processing is not performed in the state of requesting the invalidation but when the issue of the electronic certificate is requested later, the electronic certificate is prepared and when the acquisition of the electronic certificate is requested from a user later, the electronic certificate as an object of invalidation request is invalidated so that the prepared electronic certificate can be validated. |
