SOLUTION: In this document image display device, when character string display reference position information and direction/width information indicating a direction and width corresponding to the desired character string in a document image displayed in the display area of an image display part 103A is instructed by a coordinate inputting part 104, information for dividing the desired character string into plural character strings, and for displaying it at the image display part 103A is calculated by a character string picture division and display information calculating part 108, and the desired character string is divided into the plural character strings based on the calculated information, and simultaneously displayed at the image display part 103A.</p> |
