PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshold adjustment circuit that sets a threshold which does not dependent on dispersion in characteristics of an LSI and peripheral elements, a temperature fluctuation and precision of resistors or the like, so as to prevent wrong discrimination of detection/restoration. SOLUTION: A pseudo circuit 1 outputs a condition, that is desired to be detected or restored. A detection circuit 2 outputs a voltage value Vth1 depending on the condition. An analog/digital converter circuit 5 digitizes the voltage value Vth1 and stores the digital voltage to a nonvolatile memory 6. A digital/analog converter circuit 7 converts the digital data stored in the nonvolatile memory 6 into analog data, which are outputted to a comparator circuit 3 as a reference voltage Vth0.
