PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for monitoring abnormity which can alarm an abnormal condition without depending on a person himself keeping his or her privacy, when a trouble occurs. SOLUTION: The system for monitoring abnormity has three means. The first is a means of sensor 1 to sense whether a lavatory is being used or not. The second is a means of judging 2 whether it is abnormal or not by comparing the occupied and/or vacant time of the lavatory, which is found from the sensed usage or not, with set occupied-time and/or vacant-time each other, and which outputs an abnormal signal when the condition is judged abnormal. The third is a means of monitoring abnormity 3 which observes the abnormity from the output abnormal signal.
