PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock handle device for an automatic vending machine, by which the flange of a case main body is not violently destroyed. SOLUTION: An opening part 11 corresponding to the operation handle part 3 of the case main body 1 is disposed on a door A. Only the front surface part 4 of the operation handle 3 is exposed to an external part from the rear surface 10 of the door A. An almost same surface is obtained in the front surface 12 of the door A with the front surface part 4 of the operation handle 3. The case main body 1 is firmly fixed onto the inner surface of the door A by a pressurizing member 20.
