摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device and an electrophotographic photoreceptor in which a high-functional hardened film is formed by using a silicon-containing coating agent containing a functional organic silicon compound having low reactivity during synthesis and high reactivity during performing co-hydrolysis, and to provide a process cartridge and an image forming device equipped with the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electronic device has one or more layers of hardened films produced by applying and hardening a silicon-containing coating agent on the surface of a base body. The silicon-containing coating agent consists of at least two kinds of hydrolysable silicon compounds having different reactivity with water. The reactivity of at least two kinds of hydrolysable silicon compounds is rendered into an equal or similar state to each other by exchanging the reactive group in one hydrolysable silicon compound with a substituent of a different or same kind of the reactive group in the other hydrolysable silicon compound.
