PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high wear resistance and high lubricating property without decreasing the original electrophotographic characteristics such as electric characteristics and image quality, and to provide a cartridge and an electrophotographic device equipped with the electrophotographic photoreceptor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has a conductive supporting body and a photosensitive layer applied on the conductive supporting body, and the surface layer of the photosensitive layer contains at least one kind of charge transfer polymer and at least one kind of fluorine atom- containing resin fine particles.
