PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information service providing system capable of easily managing and collecting customer information, and improving the reliability of customer analysis. SOLUTION: A service providing system is provided with a communication network 2 constituting a network, the information terminal of a user 3 for receiving a service being the offer of articles or information via a communication network 2, the information terminal of a provider 1 for providing the service via the communication network 2, and the information terminal of a mediator 4 for analyzing and storing data related with the service of the user 3 or data related with the service of the provider 1, and for mediating the service via the communication network 2 to the information terminal of the user 3 or the information terminal of the provider 1. Thus, the user 3 can use the mediator as a reliable individual information bank in a commercial transaction system for protecting individual information, and for providing the service by using a network. |
