PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auction system for houses on a person-to-person base which utilizes a transaction method including an agent. SOLUTION: A seller (1) requests the agent (2) to carry an object the seller (1) wants to sell on the bulletin board sponsored by the agent (2). The agent (2) receiving the request (4) carries the place of the house on the map of the area and the information of the house on the bulletin board and offers the information to buyers (5). When a plurality of buyers (3) access the bulletin board and offer their bids, the bids information is offered to the seller. The seller (1) receiving the information (7) decides to sell the object. |
