PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize extensive trade of invention property rights like patent rights and intellectual property like inventions which have not been applied for patents. SOLUTION: A desire to purchase an invention property right or intellectual property is presented as data in a home page of the Internet in a general perusal state, and a dealer accesses a retrieval server 15 of the Patent Office 14 to confirm that an invention property right and a seller are appropriate when the dealer will purchase the invention property right from the seller. In the case that the dealer has purchased intellectual property, the dealer applies for a register to the Patent Office 14 to obtain an invention property right, and the dealer presents the purchased invention property right to a buyer as data and takes charge of procedures of transfer to the Patent Office 14 accompanying trade in the invention property right. Thus trade of invention property rights and intellectual property is extensively invited, and trade in invention property rights and intellectual property is easily promoted because it is unnecessary for sellers and buyers to perform the complicated work like applications for registers or transfer procedures. |
