PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent storefront supporting method by which storefront support is performed appropriately and timely on the basis of quick information collection. SOLUTION: In the storefront supporting method in which the store is periodically visited and at least the inspection/correction of a selling space configuration in the store is performed, the selling space configurations before and after the inspection/correction operation are imaged by a digital camera 2, obtained image data are transmitted together with prescribed item data to a PC 1 installed in a storefront supporting headquarters P through a portable information terminal 3, and the headquarters P prepares a selling space situation report to which the selling space configuration images before and after the inspection/ correction operation are attached on the basis of received data and makes use of the selling space situation report for the next storefront support. |
