PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a decrease in a battery capacity from occurring, when a separator is improved and a non-aqueous electrolyte battery is preserved at a high temperature in a non-aqueous electrolyte battery where a non-aqueous electrolyte is used as well as a separator has been intervened between a cathode and an anode.
