PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit a motion of a brush head to largely swing to a rotating direction associating with a rotation of a commutator when a motor is driving and to reduce noise and an oscillation occurring from a brush mechanism even under a high-speed revolution and a high output of the motor. SOLUTION: A domain 20 wherein an elastic modulus is increased, consisting of connecting parts 13A, 32A and the like that are mechanically connected by use of a brush-blade connecting tool 23 made of a forming member of a resin family or a press-forming member of a metal family or by welding or by caulking, is formed at a bent section 18 of the side of a brush holder of a brush blade 12 to which an adhesive or a putty 21 of an epoxy family is applied.
