PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stand device which can adjust the tilt of an equipment in its simple structure. SOLUTION: A stand device is constituted into a structure that a mounting part 2 to be mounted with an equipment 1 is supported by one pair of support parts 3, first and second projections 13 and 14 are provided on the front end of each lower piece 10 of the one pair of these support parts 3. With the projection 13 inserted in a first fitting hole 18 provided in a mounting wall 17 of an angle adjusting member 4, the projection 14 is made to be inserted in either of second fitting holes 19a and 19b provided in the mounting wall 17, whereby the member 4 is mounted on the front end of each lower piece 10 of the support parts 3. Accordingly, the structure of the stand device and the mounting work of the stand device are simple and by changing the height of the member 4 by an insertion of the projection 14 into either of the holes 19a and 19b, the support parts 3 are tilted and at the same time, the tilt of the mounting part 2 can be changed. As a result, the tilt of the equipment 1 mounted on the mounting part 2 can be easily adjusted according to the tilt of the mounting part 2.
