PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To damage to be minimum by ensuring security even when only an internal cash storage shed is carried away or in the case a whole case is stolen. SOLUTION: A position detector 304 and a transmitter 303 or a searching means are attached to an automatic teller machine(ATM) or a storage shed. Even when the whole case is stolen, the position of the machine is searched from an external part. When a power source state detecting part 301 detects a power interruption and also a fixed position detecting mechanism 302 detects the positional change of the ATM from a fixed position, start signals transmitted from the both parts are simultaneously received and, then, the position detector 304 and the transmitter 303 are started. The position detector 304 detects one's own position by a GPS and originates the position from the transmitter 303. In the case of the searching means, an ID signal is originated and the position is detected from the external part.
