PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for magnetic transfer, capable of accurately transferring a magnetic signal from a master disk to a slave disk. SOLUTION: A slave disk 1 is held on a stage 11, a holder 7 holding a maser disk 2 is moved to the slave disk 1 side by a linear slider 8 to face and abut the master disk 2 to and on the slave disk 1 and, by vacuum suction through the adhesion suction hole 11b of the stage 11, the slave disk 1 and the master disk 2 are adhered to each other. By rotating a permanent magnet 12 in this adhered state, a magnetic signal recorded by the master disk 1 is transferred to the slave disk 1.
