PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make performable the DMA transfer by recognizing surely the end of data to be transferred without deteriorating the DMA transfer efficiency even when a remainder part occurs at a place near the end of data to be transferred. SOLUTION: This DMA transfer device 1 latches once the data which are received in every prescribed unit and then performs DMA transfer of the latched data with bath width that is larger than the prescribed unit. The device 1 is provided with a reception control means 10 which recognizes the end of data to be transferred, a remainder pattern specifying means 20 which specifies a relevant remainder pattern and a DMA control means 30 which decides the DMA transfer frequency from the specified remainder pattern.
