The invention concerns a telecommunication installation comprising addressing terminals (3-j) associated with an identifier and capable of supplying a signal representing their respective identifiers, service providers (2-i) associated with their telephone identifiers and with a terminal identifier, and capable of transmitting service data corresponding to the service associated with a terminal, a server (4) provided with a table matching identifiers of the terminals with telephone identifiers of the associated providers, and capable of setting up telephone links with telephones (1) and the providers. Each terminal (3-j) can interact with a neighbouring telephone (1) so that it may transmit to the server (4) the signal representing its identifier. The server is designed i) to determine in the table of the provider identifier (2-i) associated with the received terminal identifier (3-j), ii) set up a telephone link with the provider associated with the terminal so that it transmits his service data, and iii) route the service data to the telephone (1) which has interacted with the terminal (3-j).
