<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security service system which can exactly, quickly take a counter-measure to the phenomenon when it happened to a moving individual. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 10 having a location sending button 11 performs 'a phenomenon occurrence notice on the specified self-location' when the phenomenon happened to a service receiver (a terminal owner). System control part 24 obtains the individual information of the owner of the portable terminal as a source by referring to the individual information database 21 on the basis of information on the phenomenon occurrence from the portable terminal 10, obtains the location information showing the location of the portable terminal 10 by referring to the location information database 22, catches the current situation of terminal owner, looks up the means optimum to the phenomenon on the base of those information, and indicates the result obtained and looked up on a terminal display 25 to send an advice to the terminal owner and communicate with relative sites 30.</p> |
