PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric connection structure and a connection unit equipped with a constitution in which a stable conductive state can be obtained. SOLUTION: In the electric connection device in which a pin terminal 8 which can be abutted an opposed point of contact and an elastic body 9 which presses the pin terminal 8 against the point of contact in an electro-conductive tube 7 is arranged, an outside contact 11 which is inserted and fitted in a holder which installs the tube inside and which can be abutted on the point of contact together with the pin terminal, and an outside elastic body 12 which is installed separately from the elastic body 9 pressing the pin terminal 8 and which presses and drives the outside contact toward the point of contact. In the outside contact 11, a counter face 11A against outside elastic body 12 is formed flat, and in the outside elastic body the 12, and an outside diameter D1 of both end sides of a shaft direction is formed smaller than an outside diameter D0 between the both end sides.
